Activity files data, in your own stack.
Watches, bike computers and training apps save each workout as a FIT, GPX or TCX file, and every vendor lets a person download theirs. Open Health Sync imports them with the full streams: GPS route, per-second heart rate and power.

Before you start.
- Works with the Garmin and Strava account exports, the COROS bulk export, and the files Wahoo, Zwift, Suunto and Polar let a user download.
- No vendor API, partner program or keys of yours.
- Each file is sent once, keyed by its hash, so an overlapping export stores nothing twice.
- The source comes from the file itself (garmin, coros, wahoo...), and the device from the FIT product.
