Eight Sleep data, in your own stack.
Users connect their Eight Sleep account (Pod 3, 4 or 5) on your server's sign-in page. Open Health Sync pulls their nights on a schedule: sleep stages and score, heart rate, HRV, breathing rate, and bed and room temperature.

Before you start.
- Eight Sleep has no public API or partner program. The connector signs in the way the Eight Sleep app does, so it can stop working when the app changes.
- Eight Sleep's terms may not allow access by other software: read them before you turn it on, and tell your users what it does.
- Your server keeps the password, sealed with your encryption key, so it can sign in again. It's never logged or returned.
- It's on by default since it needs no keys of yours. Turn it off in the console.
