The built-in share link viewer

A page that opens a share link given in its address fragment (/shl/view#shlink:/...), so the key never reaches a server. It asks the reader's name (and the passcode when the link needs one), sends the manifest request to this instance, decrypts the file in the browser (WebCrypto) and shows one table per metric with its unit, time and source. It shows the records as recorded, with no interpretation. Its own script and stylesheet only (/shl/view/view.mjs, /shl/view/view.css), under a Content-Security-Policy that allows nothing else.
